“ The new and improved Jessy’s is a hit! When entering the restaurant you are greeted with a beautiful, green, art deco vibe that compliments the space. The staff were all incredibly attentive and kind; it felt like we had 3 servers at once. But beyond the staff and decor, the food was EXCELLENT (especially the Al Pastor tacos)! These are the best tacos we’ve found in Norfolk since moving. And last but certainly not least, the drink menu is packed full of delicious tequilas, margaritas, and even drink towers (I can’t wait to try one with a group of friends one day)! We will definitely be back soon! ”
“ 4.5 stars. We enjoyed the place after a long day at the beach. The chocolate cake with flan on top was 7 stars. Pure genius. We bought a second to go. We enjoyed the fish with cactus. It was done well. The salsa was spot on , but you do have to pay for a second helping or chips unlike other restaurants. The kids quesadilla was also solid. Definitely will come back. ”
